Like her sister ship, the Azamara Quest is a mid-sized beauty with a deck plan well-suited to the needs of modern voyagers. In addition to going to the most celebrated destinations on Earth, youll also go to less-traveled ports, enjoy scenic rivers and waterways that are off-limits to big cruise lines, and sail to the doorstep of great cities like Seville, Hong Kong, and Bordeaux.
You'll never feel crowded in the comfortable social spaces of her bars, restaurants, and lounges. Youll love the genial club-like atmosphere and the way the attentive staff and crew get to know you. And youll feel the same friendliness with your fellow voyagers.
Staterooms feature modern amenities, furnishings, and European linens. And one of the greatest features of this ship is the large number of staterooms with verandas. There's nothing better than opening your door to the fresh sea air and views.
Azamara's friendly ships are an altogether wonderful place to call your home away from home!

Exclusive Shore Event: Cabo San Lucas | Highlights of Cabo, Organic Farm and a Festive Lunch
We begin our day with a short drive through downtown Cabo San Lucas in our deluxe motor coach where our guides will give you a brief historical talk while we drive to the Glass Blown factory. Here, we will witness this Mexican tradition of more than one hundred years that our artisans continue to pass down through generations. A blown glass demonstration will be performed for us.
We will continue along the spectacular rugged coast, lined with wonderful views of Cabo San Lucas and San Jose del Cabo. You will note that the Cape region is striking in appearance, ranging from an arid desert setting and white sand coves, to swaying palm trees and deep blue sea.
Our next stop is San Jose del Cabo, a picturesque town, where we will visit Huerta Los Tamarindos, an organic farm located just a mile from the Sea of Cortez and San Jose's estuary and dating back to the 19th Century. Los Tamarindos was first used to cultivate sugar cane, one of the area's major exports during that time, and due to its fertile soil, quickly became one of the region's most important farms. After lying fallow for several years, the farm was rededicated to the cultivation of organic produce in 2003, a novel concept for this area at the time, that has since seen immense growth.
Next, it's onto our lunch venue for a wonderful lunch of local cuisine at La Panga Restaurant, known for their regional seafood cuisine and award winning chef.
After lunch, we will return to the ship or you have the option of staying in town and returning to the ship on your own.
Approximate Length: Five hours, 30 minutes
Suggested Attire: Casual wear with comfortable shoes. Light to moderate walking.
PLEASE NOTE: All Virtuoso events ashore are capacity controlled and require a minimum number of participants to operate. Events are subject to change without notice. Final details will be outlined in program letters provided by your Virtuoso host aboard ship.
AzAmazing Evening Event: Cabo San Lucas | Dia de Los Muertos at Wild Canyon
Uncover the rich culture of Mexico's Catrinas, the patronesses of the Day of the Dead at Wild Canyon, a beautiful nature park in Cabo San Lucas. In the canyon's dry riverbed, El Tule, the canyon walls set the backdrop for a magnificent performance of dances including fire twirling, acrobatics and circus arts in fusion with the traditional dances of the Catrinas. These feminine, skeleton-inspired characters are the touchstone of the Day of the Dead, a Mexican day of reverence and ritual. A string ensemble will perform contemporary international sounds.
Suggested Attire: Walking shoes, casual clothing, and light jacket.
Activity Level: Leisurely walking over primarily even surfaces. There may be a limited number of steps, a minimal amount of cobblestones or uneven surfaces, and some standing for extended periods of time. Guests must be able to walk over flat, sandy terrain through the canyon.
Length: 2 hours
Please Note: AzAmazing Evenings events are included on all voyages with the exception of Transatlantic crossings. Event date, port and location are subject to change or cancellation without notice. AzAmazing Evenings are complimentary; however, reservations are required. Cancellations must be made before 10:00 pm the previous day otherwise cancellation penalties may apply.
